These terms govern the booking of one-on-one online Spanish classes with Katherine.

Classes are booked through the online calendar. You can reschedule a class free of charge up to 12 hours in advance. Later cancellations count as a delivered class.

Class packages are valid for 6 months from purchase. Unused classes expire after that period.

Classes: you can cancel a booked class and get the full amount back up to 12 hours before the agreed time. After that the class counts as delivered.

Downloadable material: you have 14 days from the purchase to ask for a refund, as long as you have not downloaded the files. Downloading them starts the delivery, and you expressly agree that from that moment there is no right of withdrawal for that material, because a downloaded file cannot be given back.

To ask for a refund, write to hola@espanolconkath.com saying what you bought and when. The refund is made by the same means as the payment, within 14 days of the request.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Colombia. If you are a consumer resident in another country, this does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of your place of residence.
